Tigerton School District Names Marshall as Next District Administrator

(Tigerton, Wisconsin) The Tigerton School District is excited to announce the hiring of Yvette Marshall as its next District Administrator. Marshall is a dedicated educational leader with over 20 years of experience in instructional leadership and student services. Yvette currently serves as Director of Pupil Services at Gibraltar Area Schools, where she leads efforts to support student well-being and academic growth through collaborative, data-driven strategies.

"As we look to the future, we are proud to have Dr. Marshall at the helm," said Tigerton School Board President Jeremy Erdmann. "Her leadership style, which is rooted in collaboration and a commitment to every learner, will serve Tigerton well."

Marshall attended Carroll University to earn her undergraduate degree and recently completed her Doctor of Education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

She has held multiple leadership roles in the School District of Coleman, including Principal, Director of Special Education, and Director of Teaching and Learning. Marshall brings a deep understanding of inclusive practices and student-centered learning, as well as a strong foundation as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher.

Yvette has championed professional development, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout her career to create supportive and effective learning environments.

“I am honored to join the Tigerton community and build upon its rich traditions and commitment to academic excellence,” commented Marshall. “I look forward to collaborating with students, staff, families, and community members to shape a shared vision for the future and to support the district’s continued success.”

Yvette will replace Doug Nowak, the district’s current District Administrator. Nowak is retiring after 27 years in education, including three years in Tigerton.

Marshall will begin her new position with the Tigerton School District on July 1, 2025.
