WI PDP: Fees/Terms of Use for |

Initial Educator
First Payment of $190.00 for Goal Approval Includes: · Activation login and User registration complete no later than March 22 of Year 2 of license cycle · Comprehensive use of the PDP template for creating a PDP · Regional pool of qualified PDP Review Team Members · Ability to select three PDP Team Members for one PDP Goal Approval · Confirmation system that ensures PDP Review Team is convened · Access to User’s PDP for each confirmed PDP Review Team Member once “Submit PDP to Review Team” is selected by User · Server space, compensation for Reviewers (stipend and processing fee to administrate), DPI updates as necessary, technical assistance to use the online tool. · Use of the online PDP terminates at the end of user’s license cycle Second Payment of $140.00 for Plan Verification · All items listed above and ability to select three PDP review team members for final verification of the PDP Professional Educators · All items listed above in the Initial Educators’ program with the exception of three PDP review team members for “goal approval.” Professional Educators are not required to have their goals approved. If a Professional Educator would like their goals approved using the online PDP, you will need to pay the same fee as above for the Initial Educator. Please note: · Technical intervention by the software programmer to meet special circumstances on behalf of the licensee (other than a non-standard scenario, e.g. regular license cycle per DPI guidelines) will be an additional cost paid by the licensee. The cost will be determined by CESA 8. · Additional costs will be incurred by the licensee if additional Review Teams are needed due to non-approval/verification decision, missed deadlines, “significant” change to PDP as defined by DPI, or any unique circumstance: PDP Review Team for Goal Approval = $115; PDP Review Team for Verification of Completion = $115. · Refunds will only be provided upon approval by CESA 8 · CESA 8 is not liable to any damages due to the licensee’s use of the Wisconsin PDP online tool.
